My name is Randy Evans, I grew up in Crested Butte Colorado, and I am currently skiing out of Bozeman, MT. I am a student at Montana State University, and I am slowly chipping away at the final steps before graduation, still I ensure that this does not interfere with my tenacious ambition for the perfect day of ripping. I am driven by an innate desire to explore, experience, and surpass personal expectation in the mountains. This desire is characteristic of all soul skiers, and is what makes Montana such an attractive place to anyone who prefers to spend their days testing their physical abilities in the mountains as oppose to holding a steady job or anything that involves being bound to one place. Upon my arrival to Montana in 2008, I was lucky enough to find a group of adrenaline-seeking friends with whom I share an elemental drive to pursue the sport of skiing. Since then we have formed the Bridger Brigade. Fueled by our love for skiing and experiencing new places, we have spent the last three years traveling the North American west in search of the best snow and the sickest lines while testing our abilities in the Freeskiing World Tour whenever possible. As the Bridger Brigade, we have documented our travels through short ski edits which provide viewers with a dose of the unrelenting excitement of extreme skiing. In the future, we hope to continue to promote our sport while advocating the protection of the natural environment that makes it possible, but most importantly, our goal is to pursue our passion for skiing, no matter what the cost.
